The reason I chose to enter politics began with what I witnessed on the ground —
the growing gap between well-designed systems and real life.
Through my work in AI technology, real estate, finance, and public infrastructure,
I saw that Japan’s systems are fundamentally careful and trustworthy.
Yet, I repeatedly encountered people who truly needed help but could not access those systems.
Inherited land that became a burden.
Vacant properties weakening local communities.
People from overseas who wished to live in Japan,
but hesitated due to uncertainty and lack of clear information.
These were not individual failures.
They were structural issues that could not be solved by personal effort alone.
There is a limit to what can be done only at the field level.
No matter how carefully we explain,
if systems remain difficult to understand,
people will continue to feel anxious and excluded.
That realization led me to a clear conclusion:
to change reality, the system itself must be improved from within.
This is why I chose to enter politics.
The politics I seek is not driven by confrontation or loud voices,
but by the steady creation of systems that allow people to live with confidence.
By bringing real-world experience into policy,
I aim to protect Japan’s safety and trust,
while building a society that is open, understandable, and sustainable for future generations.
私が政治を志した原点は、
現場で見てきた「制度と現実のズレ」にあります。
AI技術、不動産、金融、公共インフラといった分野で仕事をする中で、
日本の制度は本来とても丁寧で、信頼性が高い一方、
実際に困っている人ほど、その制度にたどり着けない現実を数多く目にしてきました。
相続で管理できなくなった土地、
空き家や空き地の増加、
日本に住みたいと考えている外国人が、
情報不足や不安から一歩を踏み出せない状況。
これらは、個人の努力だけでは解決できない、
「仕組みの問題」だと強く感じるようになりました。
現場でできる支援には限界があります。
どれだけ丁寧に説明しても、
制度そのものが分かりにくければ、
多くの人は不安を抱えたままになります。
だからこそ、
制度をつくる側に回り、現実に合った形へ整える必要がある
そう考え、政治の道を志しました。
私が目指す政治は、
声の大きさや対立ではなく、
安心して暮らせる仕組みを、静かに、確実に整える政治です。
日本の安全と信頼を守りながら、
世界に開かれ、次の世代につながる社会をつくるために、
現場の視点を政治に届けていきます。

Reducing Inheritance Burdens and Opening Japan to the World
Japan is widely respected for its safety, reliability, and strong social infrastructure.
However, inherited land that becomes difficult to manage has led to an increasing number of unused and unmanaged properties.
I aim to use the Inheritance Land Nationalization System (implemented in April 2023) not merely as a way to dispose of land, but as a mechanism to revitalize communities and make Japan more accessible to the world.
What Is the Inheritance Land Nationalization System?
This system allows heirs to transfer unwanted inherited land to the national government under certain conditions.
Once approved and the required fee is paid, the land becomes national property.
Nationalized land is not held indefinitely.
Depending on management needs and demand, it may be sold or made available for use under public rules.

しかし近年、相続によって引き継がれた土地が管理されず、空き地や所有者不明土地となる問題が増えています。
私は、相続土地国庫帰属制度（2023年4月施行）を単なる「処分の制度」として終わらせず、
地域を再生し、日本を世界に開くための仕組みとして活用します。
相続土地国庫帰属制度とは
相続や遺贈によって取得した不要な土地について、一定の要件を満たすことで国に引き取ってもらえる制度です。
申請が承認され、負担金を納付すると、土地は国有財産となります。
国に帰属した土地は、無期限に保有されるわけではなく、
国有財産として 売却（払い下げ）や活用の対象 になる場合があります。
海外の方・投資家・移住希望者にとっての具体的メリット
1. 情報の透明性
国有地の売却や入札情報は、国の公式サイトで公開されています。
感覚や噂ではなく、公開情報と明確な手続きに基づいて検討できます。
