ボクシングジム🥊会長として、世界チャンピオンを育てられたご経験などを交え、人を育てるために必要な考えについてお話を伺いました。

世の中にはさまざまな環境で育った人がいて、多様な考えがありますが、自分の軸をしっかりともち、相手を敬い、信頼関係を構築しながら、お互いに成長していくことの大切さについて学びました。

As the president of a boxing gym 🥊, he shared his experiences in raising the world champion and spoke about the mindset necessary for nurturing people.

While people in the world come from various backgrounds and hold diverse perspectives, I learned the importance of maintaining a firm sense of self, respecting others, and building relationships of trust so that we can grow together.
