世田谷区議会・企画総務委員会の視察で、大阪市役所を訪問させて頂きました。

大阪市におけるDXの推進について、さまざまな取り組みを学びました。世田谷区と同様に「Re-Designおおさか」という戦略に基づき、毎年しっかりと予算を計上し、個人の頑張りにせず組織として体制を組んで進めていることや、市民の利便性のみならず、感情面でのウェルビーイングにおいても成果を出せるよう目指していることなど、勉強になりました。

As part of an inspection tour organized by the Setagaya City Assembly’s Planning and General Affairs Committee, I had the opportunity to visit Osaka City Hall.

I learned about various initiatives Osaka City is undertaking to promote digital transformation (DX). It was very informative to see that, similar to Setagaya, they are proceeding based on a strategy called “Re-Design Osaka,” allocating a solid budget each year and establishing an organizational framework rather than relying on individual efforts. I also learned that they aim to achieve results not only in terms of convenience for citizens but also in terms of their emotional well-being.
