【世田谷チョコレート開発プロジェクト】

世田谷区の食材を使用して、世田谷区にある高校の生徒さんたちがチョコレートを開発するプロジェクトの審査員を務めさせていただきました。

栗、さつまいも、ゆず、りんご、キウイを使ったアイディア満載のチョコレートの開発にかかった想いを聞きながら、試食させていただきました。どれも丁寧に作られたことがわかる商品ばかりで、美味しくいただきました。

決定した商品は、2024年2/8-14に玉川髙島屋ショッピングセンターでバレンタインデーに合わせて販売されるそうです。お楽しみに！

Setagaya Chocolate Project

I served as one of the judges for a project in which students from a high school in Setagaya developed chocolates using Setagaya City ingredients.

We tasted the chocolates while listening to their thoughts on the development of chocolates full of ideas using chestnuts, sweet potatoes, yuzu, apples, and kiwi. All of the products were delicious and you could tell that they were made with great care.

The decided products will be sold at the Tamagawa Takashimaya Shopping Center on February 8-14, 2024, in time for Valentine’s Day. Enjoy!
