キッズブーケプロジェクト主催の「私らしい仕事発見ツアー」で、世田谷サービス公社のお仕事体験に同行させていただきました。

障がいの有無を問わず、中学生が障がいがある先輩の働く場を見学し、仕事に対する理解を深めることを目的としています。

世田谷サービス公社は、世田谷区の第3セクターとして設立され、障がい者を雇用することにより、経済的自立を支援するとともに、地域社会の発展と社会福祉の向上に取り組んでいる会社です。

当日は、会社やお仕事の紹介をしていただき、実際に働く先輩と一緒にお仕事の体験もさせていただきました。
障がいがあってもきっちり仕事をこなせるよう、道具や仕組みに工夫が見られ、実体験を通して大きな学びを得ることができました。
中学生の若者たちも、積極的に質問したり、体験したりして、充実した機会となりました。

As part of the “Discover a Job That Suits Me” tour organized by the Kids Bouquet Project, I had the opportunity to accompany a group on a work experience visit to the Setagaya Service Corporation.

The program aims to help middle school students—regardless of whether they have a disability—visit workplaces where seniors with disabilities are employed, thereby deepening their understanding of the world of work.

Setagaya Service Corporation was established as a third-sector organization in Setagaya City.
By employing people with disabilities, the company supports their economic independence while also working to develop the local community and improve social welfare.

On the day of the event, we received an introduction to the company and its work, and we also had the opportunity to experience the work firsthand alongside employees with disabilities.

We observed significant ingenuity in the tools and systems designed to ensure that employees can perform their duties effectively despite their disabilities, and we gained valuable insights through this hands-on experience.

The junior high school students also actively asked questions and participated in the activities, making it a very rewarding experience for everyone.
