〜世田谷区議 神尾りさが参加した〜
【多摩の地域食材を使った試食会】

素敵なご縁で、東京都商工会連合会と多摩観光推進協議会主催の「多摩の地域食材」の魅力を発信するイベントに参加しました。

多摩産の野菜や魚、肉、お酒やデザートまで、コースディナーを堪能しながら多摩の魅力を知り、さまざまな生産者の方々とも交流できる有益な機会でした。

お料理は、エディブルフラワーやビーツを使ったソース、日本酒のティラミスなど、パレスホテル立川の総料理長の工夫が満載でした。

都心部から少し足を伸ばすだけで広がる自然や、街の魅力について、存分に知ることができました。

地域の食材を活かして地域の魅力を引き立てる、このような機会がもっとあったら良いと思います。

Through a wonderful opportunity, I participated in an event organized by the Tokyo Federation of Societies of Commerce and Industry and the Tama Tourism Promotion Council to promote the attractiveness of "Tama's local food ingredients".

It was a useful opportunity to learn about the charms of Tama while enjoying a course dinner of vegetables, fish, meat, sake, and even desserts produced in Tama, and to interact with a variety of producers.

The dishes were full of the ingenuity of the executive chef of the Palace Hotel Tachikawa, including edible flowers, sauce made with beets, and a sake tiramisu.

I wish there were more opportunities like this to take advantage of local ingredients and enhance the charm of the region.
