2032年に世田谷区制100周年を迎えることを見据え、区の人口政策と都市政策を一体的に捉えた議論を開始すべきという観点で質問します。

The Setagaya City Assembly’s 3rd Regular Session begins tomorrow.
I will be taking the floor for general questions starting around 10:40 a.m. on Thursday, September 17.

With an eye toward the 100th anniversary of Setagaya City in 2032, I will pose questions from the perspective that we should begin a discussion that integrates the city’s population policy and urban policy.
