先日の世田谷区議会第2回定例会では、以下のテーマで質問しました。

１．共にまちをつくるパートナーとしての外国人政策について
２．地域に根差した会計年度任用職員の採用について
３．はじめての赤ちゃんに向き合う場としての「おでかけひろば」の充実について

いずれも区の政策を支える大切な事業であり、世田谷区らしさを活かして柔軟に進めていく必要があります。視野が広く、機動的な今後の事業展開に期待しています。

At the recent second regular session of the Setagaya City Assembly, I asked questions on the following topics:

1. Policies regarding foreign residents as partners in building our community
2. The hiring of fiscal-year-appointed staff rooted in the local community
3. Enhancing the “Odekake Hiroba” as a space for parents welcoming their first child

All of these are vital initiatives that underpin the city’s policies, and they must be carried out flexibly while capitalizing on what makes Setagaya unique. I look forward to seeing broad-minded and agile development of these initiatives in the future.
