訪日中のNATO加盟国常駐代表等を招いた在京ノルウェー大使館主催レセプションでご挨拶させて頂きました。

激動の国際情勢の中、「インド太平洋と欧州・大西洋と安全保障は一体不可分」です。NATO大使の皆様、32国中30国もの参加があり、今回の訪日を楽しみに、そして実り多い日程だったと嬉しいお声をいただきました。NATOの皆様、レセプション主催されたノルウェー大使館、日本政府の皆様のご尽力に心より御礼申し上げます。

Amid a rapidly evolving global landscape, the security of the Indo-Pacific and the Euro-Atlantic is inseparable.

It was a great honor to welcome ambassadors from 30 of the 32 NATO member states. I am delighted to hear that many of you looked forward to this visit to Japan and found the program both enriching and productive.

My sincere appreciation goes to all those involved in NATO, the Embassy of Norway for hosting the reception, and the Government of Japan for their dedicated efforts.
